I rebuilt the Marketing team in the Kentico Xperience division from 3 people to 15. We went through the investment and carve out of the internal startup, which is now Kontent.ai, and my team became the Kentico Markering team again. We restarted the direct demand generation and cooperation with the Sales team to get back to the needed number of leads, and we continued improving our lead-to-opportunity and lead-to-deal conversions. While in Kentico, we launched two products - first, Kentico Xperience 13 and later, Xperience by Kentico, a completely rewritten DXP platform. We regained the trust of the partners, organized two online and one in-person partner conference, and started to push co-marketing activities with the top partners. Last year, I was also responsible for our analyst relations together with our VP of Product, including Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. I was personally involved in thought leadership strategy.During my time in Kentico, we successfully switched the company from a perpetual to a subscription business model, achieving a 47% ARR growth in the last fiscal year and a double-digit revenue growth yearly.
