• Managed the design and construction of a 7 million dollar Historic Restoration project.• Coordinated teams of designers, engineers, and construction supervisors from initial design through document production and end of construction.• Performed cost benefit analyses, development revenue analyses, construction cost estimates, production scheduling, as well as construction schedule estimations and review.• Performed onsite construction management and field supervision throughout construction.• In charge of securing all permits, researching property deeds, liens, and restrictions, un-subdividing adjoining lots, securing easements and city leases as required.• Responsible for reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and testing logs pertaining to the job, including geotechnical reports, material stress tests and ASTM standards.• Developed strong architect/client relationship responsible for repeat business.

• Jr. Designer, production staff and onsite construction administrator for high profile public projects and private residences.• Worked closely with owners, contractors and sub-contractors to keep projects on schedule and budget.• Examined construction details for money saving alternatives, in one case saving over $200,000 on a single alteration.• Reviewed shop drawings to avoid construction conflicts and minimize change orders.

• Responsible for all aspects of design and production of construction drawings for a public school project. Including programing, client meetings, pre-construction meetings, bidding, and construction management. • Secured over half a million dollars in additional State funding through design defense and budget defense meetings with the Arizona School Facilities Board.
