Jennifer is the CEO at CL Stuart Institute and Executive Director at Blue Lagoon Foundation, leading philanthropic efforts to deliver STEM learning opportunities to children in under-resourced communities. Jennifer is formerly a key executive at autonomous mobility solutions provider Beep, Inc. In her tenure at Beep, she was responsible for pioneering the customer journey from pre-sales through operational support and developing partnerships to bring Beep's innovative first and last mile autonomous mobility solutions to customers across the country. She was instrumental in achieving many firsts in the autonomous vehicle industry, including leading the first AV deployment in mixed traffic in Central Florida, delivering the first urban AV deployment in the state of FL, securing the first contract to deploy autonomous shuttles with the US Department of Interior National Park Service, and managing the largest and longest running fleet of autonomous vehicles within a mobility transit network in the country. She is known and sought after to speak as an industry expert on the regional, national, and international stage, having spoken at events such as ITS World Congress, ITS America, and MOVEAmerica. Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in global technology-enabled transformation programs and delivering first of its kind technology initiatives for both public and private sector clients from federal to start-up and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Beep Inc., her credits include the first mission critical cloud migration for the federal government and the first and fastest SAP implementation for a start-up company. She is passionate about leading in a culture of innovation and possibility, utilizing her experiential and educational pursuits to enable the vision for a better future by providing programs that enrich, motivate, and empower students to succeed in STEM-related occupations. Jennifer holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and has studied Behavioral Science at Harvard University and received a certification in Leadership and Influence from Wharton School of Business. She formerly served on the Board of Advisors for Bluechip Athletic Solutions.
