I have over 20 years corporate experience and seek to enrich leaders to manage emotions, time and teams effectively. I enjoy coaching leaders one on one to create big results without the side effects of poor health, no fun, family upset, and an overwhelming inbox. Client results matter to me. I have an affinity for coaching leaders to optimize their time, personality, priorities and resources to powerfully impact their mission. I believe productivity is an inside-out matter; clutter, goal uncertainty, email hoarding, and disorganization have just as many psychological roots as they do practical applications.My clients include Fortune 500 companies, medium-to-small-sized businesses and government organizations. I specialize in group seminars, keynotes and one-on-one coaching. My background makes me effective in creating organizational alignment with executive leaders in our leadership retreat solution (see attachments below). I received my bachelor’s degree in business from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ as a part of the Martin Luther King Scholarship Association, and a Master of Arts from Colorado Christian University in Counseling Psychology. I hold a Licensed Professional Counselor designation in Colorado and I'm a Board Certified National Counselor and Health Coach. I'm also certified in Emotional Intelligence and DiSC Personality Assessments. I clearly love learning, coaching and teaching!I believe it's important to embrace your humanness and not seek perfection in productivity, but in progress. In my personal time, I enjoy writing, running, ministering, vegan cooking (although I love a good steak), career mentoring, strategizing with friends and traveling.
