Compiled a multivariate spatial data set on hydrology, hydrogeology, agricultural practices, and land use and using machine learning techniques and game theory to disentangle the drivers of groundwater nitrate concentrations statewide. I designed and executed courses in hydrogeology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and R programming to expose students to quantitative and tech skills. Students learn through active learning techniques, collaborative group work, and field work.

I led a regional hydrological modelling study to quantify climate change impacts on Indiana's water resources. I created the interactive app, FutureWater Indiana Data Explorer, to help other researchers and local communities investigate water access and sustainability in the state through 2100 under various climate change scenarios.

• Planned, organized, and executed several major long-term projects simultaneously with limited supervision, leading to 4 peer-reviewed publications.• Leveraged R and Python scripting ability to automate data processing pipelines for analysis of large (>4 billion data points) hydrometeorological datasets. • Presented research results at 3 local, 2 national, and 2 international conferences.• Led weekly laboratory sessions and graded student assignments for upper-level courses on contaminant transport hydrogeology, groundwater modelling, and climate change.
