Responsible for product development and platform requirements for the core Personal platform, which became the first consumer-facing company to be named a Privacy by Design Ambassador by international authority. Successfully launched NAVTEQ Locations Beta, a web-based system to allow businesses to update their location and basic information for inclusion in NAVTEQ’s POI database. Included integration of a third-party relational database to support launch.

Researched client requirements for new web-based mapping and content management application. Converted client concerns and requests into feature requests for developersDeveloped detailed help files and user guides for new applications; trained internal staff on system improvements, new features and tools.
