• Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting compliance issues• Process accounts receivable by posting payments and completing weekly deposits• Prepare required documents for accountant, including but not limited to, EFT remittances, credit card receipts, invoices, A/R adjustments, and statements. Provide monthly bank and weekly credit card statements to accountant• Enter weekly invoices for multiple departments into QuickBooks• Assist with annual audit by providing requested information to auditors and assist with cash-on- hand reconciliation• As needed, provide reports on request from QuickBooks to staff• Monitor Accounts Receivable by processing payments, ensuring compliance of agreements, and maintain communication and follow up with delinquent accounts• Initiate, update, and maintain credentialing of medical providers with health plan and third-party administrators
