She serves as commercetools’ first chief marketing officer, where she oversees brand, communications, demand and lead generation, performance and analytics, content, insights, and product and partner marketing worldwide. commercetools, the leading provider of composable commerce, provides its customers with the essential components required to build and run distinctive shopping experiences. Since her joining, the Munich-headquartered startup grew its marketing organization impact, launched its award-winning Naysayer brand campaign, secured numerous major deals with iconic household name brands, and achieved centaur status (100M+ ARR). In July 2023, Jen was elected to the MACH Alliance’s Executive Board.
