As Dean of the Downtown Campus, a LEED Platinum Building, was responsible for day-to-day operations of two buildings housing six departments, including scheduling staffing for computer labs, overseeing room use and providing customer service to outside businesses and organizations using the campus.As Dean of the Cottage Grove Campus, was responsible for oversight of credit and noncredit program serving 3,000 students, including curriculum review, supervision of over 60 faculty and 10 staff, providing customer service to students, staff, faculty and the community, and day-to-day operation of building. As Dean of Titan Court Student Housing, a LEED Gold Building, with 255 beds, was responsible for overseeing the property management company, collaborating with community partners, City of Eugene officials and neighborhood associations, responding to complaints which could not be satisfied by the management company, and meeting weekly to discuss and review matters including marketing plans, occupancy rates, and scheduled on-site events.
