I am the VP of Data Governance, Strategy and Analytics at CEFCU, a $8 billion financial institution, where I lead the development and implementation of data projects and processes to stand up CEFCU's first data governance program and build out our analytics environment. I have a MS degree in Business Analytics and over 20 years of marketing and financial services experience, which gives me a unique perspective and insight into data-driven decision making and business growth.My core competencies include strategy, futurism, change management, culture, member experience, branding, and identity. I support and expand existing primary research capabilities to empower CEFCU's member experience culture, and I oversee data governance and data management initiatives to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
