In this position I managed the clinicians and leadership of Magellan's daytime operations for the Clinical Triage Call Center. I continued as a subject matter expert in new and ongoing clinical conversations to obtain, implement, and sustain Magellan business. Assisted in managing vendor partnerships and effectively building and training on new products.

I managed a team of highly skilled and motivated licensed clinicians.
