As a certified Scrum Master (PSM I) with a background in technical project management and web development, I have a vast repertoire of experience and skills to draw upon. I'm a natural leader, and so I love mentoring those around me and empowering them to self-organize and hone their leadership skills. Likewise, I am humble enough to know others always have something to teach me. I find joy in helping others to be successful, whether that's my product and/or project team, my stakeholders, or outside resource teams. I believe everyone has value to add, and praise should flow both up and down within teams and organizations. To this end, I have a strong history of delivering top-notch customer service and growing stakeholder and client relationships.I can often be found listening to audiobooks such as "Good to Great" and "Inspired: How to Create Tech Products Customer Love" and love to engage in conversation around their teachings.I'm a creative problem solver at heart, so I'm drawn towards product strategy, development, and management. Prior to moving into the roles of scrum master and project management, I worked as an in-house web developer doing business systems development and I also developed various web applications for large clients such as Walt Disney. Overall, I have just under 2 decades worth of experience in the field.
