As CD101's Sales & Marketing Coordinator, I worked with the sales team, assisting with proposals, creating one-sheets for different sponsorships and events, maintaining our client database and writing up national sales commercial and production orders. I also worked on several marketing campaigns, doing some graphic design for t-shirts, newspaper ads, promotional items, web graphics, etc.I also served as the principal back-up for our Traffic Director, assembling and reconciling commercial logs, doing weekly invoicing, writing up orders for trade accounts and entering commercial orders into our traffic system.

* Represented the station at several events in Oxford and Cincinnati* Worked weekly office hours. Assisted the DJs with various projects and occasionally stood in for the receptionist.
