You may know me from such online-retail businesses as ThinkGeek and, well... that's mostly it, but I'm pretty proud of that one! I co-founded ThinkGeek, managed the company's overall customer experience, the brand and voice, and created and fostered the corporate culture. I did all kinds of nifty things like running the UX team, product management, front-end web development, agile, merchandising, fun with metrics and multivariate testing, conversion optimization, social media, email and other marketing fabulousness and loads of other things too numerous to list here.Since I left ThinkGeek, I've done some UX and business consulting, public speaking about corporate culture and customer experience, as well as lectures on UX and Mobile Game Design at George Mason University. Currently I’m enjoying merging my online retail and UX knowledge with my love of science and history at Mini Museum, where I get to work with my hands preparing specimens, and making and managing the jewelry line.
Listed skills include User Experience, Email Marketing, Social Media, User Interface Design, and 39 others.
