• Created and executed multiple, concurrent events, public moments, cause campaigns and national days of service on time and within budget.• Created and produced more than ten annual Points of Light’s Conference on Volunteering and Service for 5K+ global volunteer, government and corporate leaders.• Supervised internal staff members, contractors, vendors, volunteers and pro bono partners. • Led national days of service including strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, fundraising and marketing for events mobilizing 2.7M+ volunteers annually.• Provided sponsorship marketing and PR awareness to demonstrate respective community impact.• Managed annual marketing and cause campaigns to generate revenue and brand awareness.• Co-created a speaker and celebrity engagement strategy for all events and cause marketing campaigns.• Created and produced Points of Light Tribute Awards Ceremony at the French Embassy in Washington, D.C., featuring Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, Suzi and Jack Hanna, Dominique and Coty Sensabaugh and Wolf Blitzer. • Created and executed the 2015 Read Across the Globe initiative to help impact community literacy by allocating 800K nonprofit partners reading to 300K children in 19 countries across 17 times zones.• Produced the 25th Anniversary celebration in honor of the founder, President George H. W. Bush, with guests including Yolanda Adams, Grammy Award Winning Gospel Artist; Kristian Bush, Grammy Award Winning Founder of Sugarland; The Midtown Men, Kenna, Dionne Warwick and more.• Created and produced the 2009 Presidential Forum on Service with Presidents Barack Obama and George H. W. Bush at Texas A&M University.• Led the 2007 post-merger rebrand strategy of the company and the HandsOn Network.• Launched the Corporate Service Council, an elite group of companies that leverages the power of corporate volunteerism to create change in communities.
