Day to day:- Managing and updating the Game Day Tracker - Developing and coordinating promotions and reads with sponsors and partners - Creating scripts for promotional staff, and one pagers summarizing game night activities for facility staff for all home games- Developing a schedule and mapping out responsibilities for first year interns on game days - Creating visuals that incorporate the needs and wants of our partners and sponsors for their promotional activities to be displayed on the video boards Game Night- Directing during the game and intermissions, this includes: - Coordinating between two PA announcers, music, a fan cam, and video boards to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and to engage fans during stoppages in play. .

- Claims management for Short Term/Long Term Disability claims, mediator between third party vendors and units in the field - Maintaining multiple inboxes for provinces across Canada resolving absence related errors or concerns for just under 30 000 Associates nationwide- Understanding and enforcing provincially legislated (disability related) Employment Standards Act guidelines across Canada- Calculating payroll deposits for approved claims, as well as adjusting Associate sick pay, organizing and tracking claims to ensure pay deposits are not missed or delayed where possible- Processing Cash Advance requests when necessary- Updating and developing new processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and that uniform work is done throughout the department
