What I didManaged all visual assets for three different school photography brands and led a team of graphic designers. Additionally, oversaw all graphic projects, provided timelines to different departments, and coordinated with multiple teams when necessary. Collaborated in projects with the development team to explain marketing and sales concepts and provide content to assist with their projects. Team leadership became a part of my day to day as I had to manage the workflow of different designers and always made sure priorities were being respected. I learned the power of communication as a multidirectional tool and finally, by working on projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders and QA processes I sharpen my project management abilities.

My responsibilities included creating logos, brand and corporate identity material, web and print imagery, and email nurturing campaigns. I worked closely with sales and marketing teams to transform their needs into relevant designs and collaborated with developers to participate in UI development. I also proposed new visual approaches and methods, monitored Adwords campaigns, and ensured the visual and consistency of all assignments. Additionally, I developed website enhancements and redesigns, including wire-framing.

- The first challenge and accomplishment with 36Pix was to learn their own image processorsoftware, process that I successfully completed before the time expected.- Design marketing material such as: Brochures (for different targets: Daycares, elementary schools,high schools and sports), flyers, posters, survey results, reports, presentations and business cards.- Design templates: A new collection of products every season, this means research for the latesttrends and present a series of proposals to the marketing team. From there, design the line ofschool templates for the season: calendars, photo montage, bookmarks, key chains, mugs, etc…- Program the templates in the company’s software. Each template has to be program so anycostumer can order it and the system will process it with the right data.- Design the online store front.- Design around 500 school mosaics per year.- Use the company software to process images and program the online store.- Create icons, logos and different images to keep the website up to date.- Design Infographics.- Supervise production/printing process or marketing material.- Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of new concepts.

- Look and validate between 2000 and 3000 images a day to make sure the correct mask was beinguse to remove the green screen from the image (Adobe Photoshop).- Using Adobe Photoshop, open and edit the mask to guaranty a high end product.- Save images according to the requirements given and the workflow of the day.
