I facilitated a team of field research specialists visiting schools and working directly with students in Grades K-3 to complete research activities focused on language and literacy in order to advance important research on understanding the needs of students in early elementary education.My duty was to ensure successful assessment delivery according to the research protocols. I was responsible for coordinating with school staff, representing Learning Ally, and delivering site leadership at each assessment location.Another role I took on was that of training new hires from my team as well as other teams across the state of Florida. I trained research specialists in how to administer the research assessments and then tested them to insure proper administration of the research tools to ensure their success.
