Experience includes:–Responsible for booking travel for our corporate clients including air, car, hotel, train, ground transportation.–Sabre, GroundSpan, Amtrak, Booking Builder, Swabiz, Sabre Profiles, IQCX, Sabre Scripts, YAPTA, Cliqbook, Concur–Customer service for multiple accounts, email communication and bookings, assist with online bookings via email and Concur–Apply all client processes and procedures to each reservation, including corporate discounts, fare policies and contracted hotel and car rates.–Utilize GDS queues, scripts, and programmable keys to successfully fulfill client services.–Troubleshoot and/or contact GDS help desk when and if appropriate to do so.–New agent training–Refunds, exchanges, RENS–Reporting and special projects
