Jennifer is responsible for the coordination of large corporate office user accounts, including several Fortune 500 and Financial Post 500 companies. From the preparation of proposals (RFPs), through to deal close, Jen is consistently liaising with local and international clients and colleagues alike, to ensure that our processes run seamlessly. The team which Jen works alongside, is a amongst a small group of perennial top earners company and Canada wide.Current responsibilities:- Drafting of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Letters of Intent (LOI)- Liaising between local Fortune 500 clients and international markets/colleagues- Securing of standard Non Disclosure Agreements- Drafting of pitches/presentations for large corporate users- Negotiation support- Tenant/landlord invoicing
