Working with the Director of Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice, I use my medical writing skills and experience in journal publishing to help nursing authors prepare research articles for publication. I provide detailed coaching on writing an article for publication and preparing tables and figures, assist with writing, and edit the final draft before submission. I have also edited CCNE accreditation documents and nursing tools such as EKG reference cards.

I work with AMDA's Clinical Practice Guideline Committee in the development of tools such as Clinical Practice Guidelines and continuing medical education for practitioners and medical directors in the long-term care field.

I provide publication services to various departments within UAB's School of Public Health, including the Department of Biostatistics, the Department of Environmental Health Sciences, the Nutrition Obesity Research Center, and the Office of Energetics.
