As AVP, Jenifer leads the Partner Success team across the Pacific States. The Partner Success team is responsible for managing large and strategic i-Ready and Ready Classroom implementations throughout California, Hawai’i, Oregon, Washington and Alaska. The Partner Success team builds strong relationships with School District partners and supports them in identifying trends and utilizing data to inform change, while strengthening the implementation planning process.

Led all aspects of service delivery and account management to customers representing high-level state contacts, large school districts like Los Angeles Unified School District, as well as other strategic partnerships.Instructed key LAUSD District and school leaders through professional development in meaningful data analysis, data-driven instruction, and best practices for using DIBELS effectively.

Provided online instruction and support to sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students in the area of mathematics for Kaplan Academy of California, an online public charter school.Utilized advanced technology, such as Elluminate, in teaching students online as well as in professional development with colleagues.Supervised a team of adjunct teachers for the mathematics department.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the implementation of a new thematic-based Custom Core Curriculum for more than 15,000 students in the Lynwood Unified School District. Worked closely with the District Superintendent and other Executive Leaders to help them plan strategically for school and district reform aimed at improving student achievement and building leadership capacity within the district. Provided support, assistance, and professional development to teachers, support staff, principals, and district content specialists on an ongoing basis, especially in the areas of analyzing student data, instructional strategies, and research-based classroom strategies.
