As a Software Product Manager, I manage the design and architecture of SaaS products, discover and document technical and user requirements and ensure the quality of our products post-development. I am currently employed in the healthcare marketing and technology industry. My background includes several years working as a software QA Analyst as well as an independent designer and marketing professional for a wine importing business and other clients, project management and web design for several technology-based companies, part-time Spanish teacher to elementary children and many hours volunteering while at home raising my two children.
