During the course of my internship I thrived in a fast-paced environment of a start-up. My responsibilities included planning and creating Instagram content, such as reels, event promotions, and posts, as well as drafting and designing the monthly newsletter. I also stayed up-to-date with current social media trends and consistently pitched innovative ideas to increase our following. One of my key contributions was pitching the "She Shares" social media series, which is now being implemented to connect women in our program through shared stories and experiences.

As shift lead, my responsibilities encompassed a wide variety of responsibilities: leading all aspects of the operational line within the store, being the sole source of communication between the store and general manger, tracking inventory and processing deliveries, ensuring that every product is delivered with 100% perfection, upholding excellent costumer service at all times, and following the Shake Smart core values (act fast, move efficiently, attention to details, always enhance, inspire personal growth).

As a member of Shake Smart's Launch Team, I worked alongside the corporate team to launch two new licensed locations at Liberty University and George Mason University under Sodexo's management. My primary responsibilities involved training over 20 new hires, where I focused on teaching them operational skills, customer service excellence, and Shake Smart's core values. I guided them through both the technical and interpersonal aspects of their roles, ensuring they were confident and aligned with the company culture. Additionally I played a key role in setting up the store from 0% to 100% operational readiness. This included overseeing inventory management, ensuring all equipment was properly set up and functioning, and ensuring the layout of the store met operational and branding standards, transforming an empty space into a fully operational store.
