• Whilst working as a QA Engineer in 888Spectate my responsibilities include the following: • Designing and creating test cases from pre-defined user stories in BDD format using Gherkin syntax. • Working within an Agile environment whilst documenting, tracking & raising issues using tools such JIRA.• Attending daily Scrum stand up's to ensure good communication with both the product management and development team.• Attending regular sprint ceremonies to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing • objectives.• Using tools such as TestRail to create & execute test cases.• Maintaining existing testing documentation. • Analysing test results. • Device testing on both the mobile site & native app.

• Monitor the sportsbook site throughout the day and make sure the product is working perfectly.• Operational/Content optimization by region/country.• Offering of events – Have all possible sporting events on site and set up correctly. Making sure that all events/markets meet local regulations.• Work with the product team to make sure all product on the site is working perfectly after release.• Manage the homepage carousel. Request and add new icons when needed. Manage the order to promote specific sports/Events.• Market Groupings – Manage all markets to make sure they show in their correct group. Make sure new markets show under correct market tab.• Create and manage manual markets on site when requested by trading.• Bet Settlement – Settle any bets that are outstanding. Resettle incorrectly settled bets.• Be a point of contact for customer support. Answer all escalated sports queries in a timely and professional manner.• Manage feeds for horse racing content. Silks, form, etc.• Liaise and mange relationships with multiple third-party feed suppliers.• Updating the sports/events offerings throughout different regions to meet local legal requirements.• First point of contact for Operations related queries when the manager is not in where queries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
