   Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing suppliers. Support and Supervise Purchasing Staff in handling their projects and ensures that projects will be closed within the target period. Responsible for supplier and contract negotiation for better pricing. Coordinates and resolves issues regarding existing and new products. Interacts with operations team to ensure that all requirements are being met. Implements policies and programs to meet team target objectives. Handles procurement issues escalated by concerned parties. Coordinates and collaborate with all level of management in gathering, analyzing, and developing recommendations for continuous improvement on processes, practices and procedures. Monitors the monthly forecast of the projects and ensure to meet the target closing date. Monitor delivery status of open PO and take appropriate action in expedition of deliveries Prepares completion of project for billing purposes. Prepares quotation to customer & negotiates with the suppliers to meet customer target price. Prepares purchase order to suppliers and seek for the discounted price to lower to cost. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. Ensure that the equipment was done on quality check before the delivery. Prepares delivery note for out-going deliveries. Secure the invoices and delivery receipt for the account payables.
