Currently, working with a wonderful company where leaders lead a team instead of managing. Working with a team of experts who develop Web and Mobile application(Android & IOS). I keep myself updated on the latest trends & technologies as well. Mostly worked in 80 projects so for in Local and Foreign countries (US, UK, SA, CA, Singapore, Italy, Japan, Isreal etc.). Managing the internal resources (designers, developers, testers and other teams etc) as well as Coordination with external customers (Client, Vendors).Some Key Responsibilities :- Managing multiple projects with competing priorities.- Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet milestones.- Ability to manage geographically dispersed project teams.- Reporting of project status as required. - To engage and manage resources to deliver the project plan- To manage project risks and issues impacting project deliverables.- Working towards a target and goal to improve the company standardI strongly feel that my strength is in team handling, planning and execution.
