I'm a very detail-oriented, hard-working go-getter with a strong passion for learning. As a life-long learner, I've studied how adult learners learn best. I've worked in banking for over 15 years, all of which have been with the same company. While working in Learning & Development for 10+ years, I've had the opportunity to train and help onboard all new employees joining our organization, as well as maintain compliance records, respond to audits, and assign all regulatory compliance courses for all of Hometown Financial Group (HFG), among other responsibilities. I've fully developed complete training curriculums for all 3 HFG banks, and successfully trained new L&D staff to deliver the appropriate content while providing the most enjoyable experience to the audience. As our organization grows, I'm excited to be shifting my focus specifically to content design.I specialize in bringing data to life. I've always excelled with technology, which is how I've grown into my current role as Content Design Manager, working with programs such as Captivate, Vyond, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
