Jeniece L. Stewart is the true definition of a strong woman that never gives up! Her passion for service was discovered early on with her second oldest son, Christian Garcia, who is diagnosed with both autism and epilepsy. She not only saw the need to advocate for the autism and epilepsy community, but for the entire family in the special needs community. This is when she formed Special Needs Siblings, Inc. Special Needs Siblings is a nonprofit organization that educates, empowers and encourages the siblings of disabled individuals by providing resources and support for the SNS family. Deeply rooted in passion and commitment, SNS is committed to raising awareness, support, and resources for the siblings of disabled individuals. Jeniece continues to lead this charge expanding her network to over 35,000 supporters, siblings, and community stakeholders. Currently, Jeniece is a Public Speaker, Writer and Blogger who fights for both the special needs and minority communities. Four years ago, she created JLQ Marketing which has a focus on helping non-profits grow. She created this company along with her loving husband, Thomas Dortch III. They continue this mission to connect underserved communities and organizations with platforms to use their voice and maximize their presence in the local and global community.
