I am an Educational Therapist dedicated to serving diverse and underserved communities. With a holistic, restorative, and multi sensory approach, I support students to develop essential skills in executive functioning, literacy, arithmetic, computational thinking, emotional intelligence, and self-advocacy. My experience spans working with a wide range of populations including caretakers, low-income students, first generation students, high-risk and sex-trafficked youth, DACA recipients, and undocumented individuals. This work has deepened my commitment to addressing a variety of factors that influence education and community well-being.I offer formal and informal educational assessments and develop tailored interventions that consider the client's educational, social, emotional, psychological, and neuropsychological contexts to support and enhance learning in and beyond academic environments. I work collaboratively with clients, parents, teachers, allied professionals, and other members of the client's team to provide individualized intensive intervention for clients with a wide range of learning difficulties including literacy-related challenges, dyslexia, ADHD, attentional issues, and executive functioning challenges.I am passionate about advocating for my clients across academic and workplace settings, collaborating with families and professionals to provide comprehensive support.I look forward to connecting with others who share my commitment to education, justice, and community empowerment.
