• Provide small group and one-on-one training in specific educational supports, job skills, and general college/work behaviors • Ensure that all assigned academic projects and priorities are consistently completed according to college standards and expectations • Maintain regular communication with management regarding professor satisfaction with each student’s performance • Organize and plan weekly, monthly, or semester-long schedule of activities, training opportunities, and workshops • Provide supervision and training to clients in community access, self-advocacy, and social/leisure skills • Assist students in accessing a variety of community locations using company/personal vehicles/public transportation

• Coach and mentor students, ages 10-18; promote a fun, positive, and safe environment that fosters teamwork • Conduct auditions to identify potential team members and assesses skills in order to assign appropriate positions according to level and goals • Develop a regular practice schedule, instructing students individually and in groups as needed to prepare for performances and competitions • Observe cheerleaders during events and practice to determine the needs for individual and/or team improvement • Coordinate with vendors in regards to choreography, equipment, uniforms, venues, etc. • Communicate with administrators and parents as necessary • Maintain eligibility forms, emergency data cards, insurance records, equipment inventory, and other related records

• Tutor individuals or small groups of students, reinforcing instruction as directed by the teachers • Assist the instructional staff in supervising students inside and outside the classroom as assigned • Assist students by providing proper examples, emotional support and general guidance in the school setting • Demonstrate an understanding, patient and receptive attitude toward children with special needs • Perform clerical duties such as filing, duplicating and maintaining simple records • Observe and control behavior of students according to approved procedures; report progress regarding student performance and behavior • Confer with teachers concerning programs and materials to meet student needs
