Over 350 videos were recorded and edited covering departmental content. This included things such as product demos, deep dive bitesized videos through to Processes, Sales, PMO, HR and Business Support content. Approximately 60 accompanying exams were also created.Following this project, I supported by project managing a whole host of internal projects across the company in accordance with the business needs. This included supporting a range of business improvement initiatives. Departments I supported included the Development, Infrastructure, PMO and Marketing teams, through bringing structure, governance, clear project plans, action tracking, reporting and transparent updates to the business.
