Oversees the daily operations of a contract workforce of 200+ employees, working as an independent organization at a customer location. Additional account management responsibilities include serving as a strategic liaison to the customer to ensure proper alignment of resources (personnel), while addressing any account related issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Continues to manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources Department supporting locations in multiple states. Responsibilities include: Compliance, Policy/Procedure/Process administration, Safety, HRIS System Design, Set-up, and Administration, Training and Development, New Hire Orientation, On/Off Boarding, Performance Management (including Employee Discipline), Benefit Design and Administration, Compensation, Organizational Development, Recruiting, and management of all HR departmental staff.
