Roles and Responsibilities –Sr.Associate HR (IT Recruitment):•Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle.•Identifying and scrutinizing the resumes to meet the client’s technical requirements. •Sourcing profiles using job portals (Linked-in, Naukri, Monster, Social network, References, Databases).•Initial screening of candidates, performance check and reference check•Handling first round of HR Interview in order to assess the candidate’s suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc.•Involved in Interview Scheduling, Interviewing the short-listed candidates and all follow up actions thereafter till closure & Joining. •End-to-End co-ordination of interviews from technical team and candidate side.•Providing the company with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe•Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement.•Pre & Post offer follow up with the candidates.
