• Supervise an onsite security staff of 4 officers to assure the safety and security of the property 24 hours a day.• Responsible for Edwards Fire Control Panel in the event of an alarm, trouble or other supervisory event. • Assist in the Building Management Office regularly by answering incoming calls, entering and closing work orders, maintain the Vendor Certificate of Insurance log, filing, scheduling tenant and vendor meetings, placing supply orders and other general office duties.• Developed and continually maintain a strong rapport with building occupants and regular visitors and delivery persons to each of the 85 suites in the Encino Financial Center by way of excellent customer service and a quick response time.• Proven to be a strong leader in managing the on-site security team and adept at assisting with overall building operations.• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies, including training, planning, assigning and directing work, addressing building issues and resolving problems• I also helped in the office with property management duties as needed.
