As the General Manager of Westwood Plateau Golf, I have been leading and managing the operations, customer service, business growth, and financials of the company for over 11 years. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue and profitability. I have also leveraged my diploma in interior design to create and execute innovative and engaging events and promotions for the local community.In addition to my role as a General Manager, I am also passionate and dedicated to serving the young professionals and the business community in the Tri-Cities region. I have been chairing the Tri-Cities Chamber Young Professionals Committee and the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2018 and 2023 respectively, representing and advocating for their interests and needs. I have a strong background in event planning, marketing, and cross-department collaboration, as well as a vision to foster a vibrant and prosperous business environment in the region.
