A native of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Jenifer Bitzer delivers high quality service to her clients as they maneuver buying or selling a home. She takes her responsibility of navigating risk on their behalf very seriously such that the process from beginning to end is as smooth as possible. She has the ability to anticipate potential potholes on the road to closing transactions and does her best to avoid them by thoughtfully and regularly communicating status to all involved parties. Jenifer is honored by the trust placed in her to help lead people through some of the most important purchases of their lives. Having lived in several of them, Jenifer has an appreciation for the various Seattle neighborhoods and each of their unique personalities. One of Jenifer’s strengths is listening intently to her clients’ needs, and placing them in the right home, in the right place for them. Jenifer has also carefully vetted partner resources from financing to staging, and everything in between that may be needed. In a former professional life, Jenifer held several marketing roles over 23 years in the finance and insurance industries with a focus on branding, events, sponsorships and community relations. She leans on this experience to market properties in the best light to attract buyers and get top dollar for properties she lists. Currently, Jenifer serves on the Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, and on the Marketing Advisory Board for the WSU Carson College of Business. She is passionate about WSU and their football team, loves and curses the Seahawks and relieves stress through yoga, dancing, spin classes and walks. She lives in Seattle’s Victory Heights neighborhood with her husband Chad where she loves entertaining, gardening and following design trends indoors and out. It should also be noted how much she loves dogs, and has a particular soft spot for golden retrievers.
