Oversight of admissions, enrollment, marketing and communications

Interim position where I provided college counseling and advising support for sophomores, juniors and seniors while GSAH was searching for a new school counselor.

Independent consultant providing guidance to students and parents on the college search, application and admissions/financial aid process.

Oversight of strategic enrollment management at a public two-year college. Executed new SEM Strategic Plan. Increased applicant pool by 23%, enrolled students by 8%.

Lead 4 person office in directing all college counseling, PSAT and AP testing for approximately 300 male students in an independent K-12 school. Increased number of applications submitted EA or ED from 23% to 53% in one year, and diversity of colleges to which students applied and enrolled. Advocated on behalf of seniors for their candidacy at colleges, wrote official letters of recommendation for approximately 25 seniors each year.

Lead enrollment planning efforts for undergraduate and graduate students in the Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences and Merrick School of Business. Developed publications, policies and procedures for UB's First Scholars Programs (first freshman cohort in 30 years); exceeded enrollment target by 8%.
