This series reached over 700 people and resulted in an increase in social media engagement.◆ Developed the SpEd Hub newsletter using GovDelivery, now received by over 15,500+ subscribers. The newsletter led to a significant increase in training attendance rates, a 200+% surge in event registrations, and a boost in monthly website traffic.◆ Oversaw intake and case management for over 140 cases in the past year, achieving a 98% satisfaction rate from families.
