I have experienced opportunities, losses, successes, and fulfillment beyond my wildest imagination. I am not naïve to the bumpy roads, but I tend to dial in on the opportunity. My greatest career fulfillment and ongoing mission is the training and development of varying personalities to exceed expectations of the business's goals. Continuously creating skills to enhance one’s marketability, as a result, provides a sense of purpose, thus creating a chosen atmosphere year after year that appreciates a blend of work-life balance. I enjoy assisting those to gain that sense of purpose by providing hope and encouragement with self-ownership. Know that I have an unwavering commitment to ethics and honesty. I’m always up for a challenge and love a good open-minded conversation. After more than 20 years in sales and marketing, and 10 years as a senior leader – I believe it’s healthy to have some creative dialog. I am honored for the unique skillsets acquired over the years from those who have trained me and of course a little thanks to Google.  Mostly, I am thankful for every teacher, counselor, boss, employee, teammate, and all those who saw something within me. It is with their time paired with my genuine unique methodology, and unshakable enthusiastic belief in limitless possibilities, that I have become who I am today - a leader of possibility.
