About Jennifer Findley Murphy
As a dedicated professional with extensive experience in both the non-profit and governmental sectors, I bring unique expertise and a highly developed skill set specializing in the practice of case management, criminal justice systems, sexual assault, child abuse, human trafficking, courtroom testimony, best practices in provision of service, and trauma-informed care. I excel at working with diverse groups of professionals and community members. I am skilled at fostering positive and respectful working relationships among professionals to work cooperatively toward successful team achievements. I have been on the reactionary side of the response to violent crime and child abuse for a very long time and I am ready to be a part of addressing the issue proactively to make a change on statewide and national levels. My expertise in both child and adult sexual abuse is vast and has been a professional focus of mine the entirety of my career. I have special training and practice in working with child and adult trafficking survivors and have served on multiple task forces aimed at ending the commercial sexual exploitation of youth. I have not only forensically interviewed 100's of children, but have also supported children and families through the prosecution of child abuse cases for over 7 years, which has afforded me a valuable perspective through the lens of the criminal justice system. Providing training, advocacy, outreach, and expertise in the area of child abuse and the criminal justice system is a skill I have fine-tuned throughout my professional career. While I have a great deal of experience in the world of child abuse and criminal justice, I believe that my propensity to build trust and work as part of a team will translate to a number of potential opportunities. I look forward to connecting with you!
