I have a Technical Diploma in Information Systems and have training in areas such as: Cybersecurity as a National Strategy, Project Formulation, Administration and Evaluation, Business Management of SMEs and Digital Trade and Global Internet Governance. Administrator of NIC-Panama, the authority responsible for the assignment and registration of domain names under the ".pa" domain on the Internet. The registration of domain names under the Country Code Top Level domain (ccTLD) .pa, is delegated to the Technological University of Panama (UTP). The relationship, between the UTP and NIC-Panama, was established in August 1994 to carry out the functions related to the registration and administration of domain names under the ccTLD .pa. Member of the programme committee and co-organiser of the Panama Internet Governance Forum. Elected as a ccNSO Councilor for the Latin America and Caribbean region, as well as a mentor for the ICANN fellowship programme. Member of the LACTLD Board of Directors. I actively participate in the organisation of the Internet Governance Forum in Panama (IGF Panama). Personally, I am interested in literature, music, cinema, travel, photography, culture and gastronomy.
