As a qualified teacher, in the post-primary sector, I have had the opportunity to lead and develop teams, I have a proven track record of raising standards and developing strong relationships in every department that I have managed. I have worked collaboratively on several Leadership teams taking many initiatives from inception to implementation. I have also worked as a restorative practitioner, using restorative practices, as a vehicle for improved team performance and facilitating restorative conferences, to safeguard well-being, to strengthen relationships and develop communication and resilience. In 2020 I established Learning Unlocked Ltd, an education consultancy company focused on leadership coaching and emotional intelligence training for educators I am a level 7 qualified Leadership Coach with 20+ years of experience leading, teaching and coaching organisational and private clients. I work with educators and professionals to develop leadership skills, emotional intelligence training, personal and professional transformation and team development. I have excellent influencing and communication skills and can motivate individuals and teams towards measurable improvement. I have worked as a subcontractor for Belfast Met designing and delivering bespoke coaching programmes to lectures, bringing an outside perspective and modelling professional competencies and expertise in education. I have planned, delivered and evaluated career progression programmes for clients in the middle and at a junction in their careers. I am keen to collaborate and work with businesses, organisations and individuals to develop professional competencies, leadership skills, emotional intelligence training, conflict management training, restorative practices training and interview skills. I can offer one-to-one coaching or mentoring sessions, training programmes, training needs analysis, group coaching, and bespoke staff development and CPD workshops. I can work remotely using online platforms or in person at my office in Antrim or on client premises.
