Unreasonable exists to re-purpose capitalism. Unreasonable is an international company that supports a Fellowship for growth-stage entrepreneurs, channels exclusive deal flow to investors, and partners with institutions to discover profit in solving global problems.I was a manager on the Experience Team, bringing our community together with global in-person programs focused on supporting entrepreneurs tackling some of the world's biggest challenges.• Supported over 60 social impact entrepreneurs through a fellowship program to help them scale their businesses• Responsible for the total guest experience including onboarding, travel arrangements (travel, visa, accommodations), and logistics for 5 international programs• Main point of contact for roughly 80 stakeholders per program• Managed a $100k+ budget per programDue to market changes, I was laid off (with 2/3 of my department) in April 2023.

Collaborating with a worldwide team, I led end-to-end project management for public events, global retreats, online broadcasts, and video shoots across multiple countries for an online media website, UPLIFT. I also managed the day-to-day operations for a busy, global entrepreneur and Founder, handling complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones and coordinating extensive international travel logistics for the family, business partners, and colleagues. Additionally, I also edited reports for presentations and publications to senior managers.• Liaised between 4 Global offices in Australia, India, Israel, and the US handling complex calendar scheduling, extensive international travel logistics, and daily task management and priorities.• Prepared board documents, email drafts, and presentations• Guest Services manager and production coordinator for 3 public “Ted Talks” like public events with onsite video crews collecting content for an online magazine and video channel. Prior to each public event, I produce a week-long “think tank” for all the speakers and contributors to come together to share their ideas and connect.

As a founding manager of this event, I spearheaded the growth of the Artist Relations department, enabling it to efficiently manage (per event) over 500 artists across 25 venues during a 5-day period by its 10th anniversary. With a team of 20 contractors under my supervision and an annual budget of $800k, I effectively oversaw all operational aspects of the department which significantly contributed to the event’s reputation and success. Operational aspects included onboarding and contract administration, budget management, hospitality coordination, lodging management (over 600 room nights per event), ground transportation, and seamless onsite logistic management.

In my role, I collaborate closely with Auctioneers, ensuring seamless event recording and settlement for non-profit fundraisers, from casual dinners to black-tie galas. As a floor manager, I supervise volunteers, oversee silent auctions, cashiers, and stage management.

Double Tee Concerts is one of Oregon’s oldest and largest concert companies that produces events in major venues throughout the Pacific Northwest (180+ shows a year). Duties include:--Media buying (print, radio, web, TV)--Website creation and daily management; creating email newsletter campaigns--Working closely with TicketsWest to set up tickets for upcoming events--Artist hospitality, booking artist accommodations--Booking local bands as support acts--Box office sales at the Roseland Theater, as well as Box Office Manager for Vans -Warped Tour (2 years-11,000-13,000 attendees), Pet Aid (5000 attendees) , and Pedal to the Metal tour (5000 attendees), various on-site production tasks.

Earthdance International's hub event in Northern California. Duties Include--Advancing all logistics for performing artists (contracts, backline, meals, accommodations etc.) for a 6 stage, multi-day outdoor music festival --On-site artist hospitality, artist accommodations--Assisting with stage management, on-site production tasks, and assisting Producer Chris Deckker,pre-festival and on-site.--Street Team Coordinator: Creating and managing a grassroots street team of 30-50 volunteers and paid contractors for pre-festival street promotions along the west coast, ordering promotional materials and distributing them among all team members.

Emrg+N+See has been riding the cutting edge of innovative music, art and culture since 2004. Born in Ashland OR, Emrg+N+See grew consistently until it relocated to the beautiful Miller Brothers Ranch outside Salem OR, where it thrived for four years. The event and organization has always focused on finding and supporting the freshest up-and-coming music, visual, and performance artists.Duties include: --Setting up and managing all online ticketing systems and ticket outlets --Creating a credential system and advancing credentials for all elements of the festival --Coordinating with crew leads and overseeing their departments (volunteers, vendors, merch booth, hospitality area, kitchen, street team, promotions/advertising)--Creating all systems for box office to function for four days including tracking and staffing--Managing all financials for 2010 with QuickBooks, tax preparation, and administering 1099s to all artists and contractors--On-site main stage management, artist hospitality, and various other production tasks.
