As the Chief Impact Officer at Gifts for Good, I lead the impact strategy, operations, and partnerships for an innovative e-commerce company that disrupts the world of business gifting. As the first employee for the company, I have successfully vetted and managed over 70+ partnerships with social enterprises and nonprofits, ensuring that all curated, premium products meet the company's impact and product standards. I have also navigated the company to the prestigious B Corp and Climate Neutral certifications, achieving a score of 126.9 and offsetting over 1,000 tons of carbon emissions. My passion for social impact and entrepreneurship stems from my diverse and extensive background in e-commerce, technology, nonprofits, and higher education. I have worked with causes and brands across various sectors and industries, developing and executing strategies that align purpose and profit, and creating mutually beneficial relationships that amplify impact. Some of my previous roles include being the first Head of Impact at Pledge, a platform for charitable giving, an early member of Corporate Partnerships for the Special Olympics World Games 2015, and an early member of TOMS Giving, where I scaled the global shoe-giving program from 1 million to 50 million pairs of shoes. I have also lived on three continents and traveled to 40 countries, gaining valuable insights and perspectives on different cultures and social issues.

2021 Business FellowPraxis May 2020 - May 2021New York, Ny, UsA mentorship-driven program, the Praxis Business Accelerator equips top ventures as they seek the redemptive edge in their industries. Christian entrepreneurs who are spiritually serious, culturally astute, and in community have a unique ability to build a better society and demonstrate the beauty and goodness of the gospel across all of life. Christian founders typically have a hunch that they are called to a more comprehensively faithful approach to their work of venture and impact creation. However, the aims and practices of such an approach are unclear and seem more like fleeting feelings or reactions than a determined pursuit of a narrow way. The Praxis community seeks to help entrepreneurs operate more fully through a redemptive lens, all while being serious about the growth of their venture. The program is built upon a deep examination of redemptive strategy (the venture’s expression and impact in the world); redemptive operations (its functions, processes, culture, and partnerships); and redemptive leadership (the founders’ character, motives, imagination, and practices). -
