Used to with PV Elite software, WRC - 107/297 for nozzle external load calculations.Evaluation of fabricator offers with respect to cost wise estimation for the whole weight of the equipment. Fabrication drawing review work for the welding details as per UW codes. Work experience with the plate materials are SA 516 Gr. 70(C.S), SA 240 Gr. 304, 316L(S.S.) and SA 387 Gr. 11 (Low alloy steel).-Having an experience of Plant Designing especially in Detail Engineering phase.Successfully delivered piping BOQ based on P&ID'S, GA drawings of process equipments, devloped 3D Model in AutoCAD plant 3D of sulphuric acid plant of 320 Tons per day capacity. Designing of process equipments like Catalytic converter, Heat exchanger of type-BEM and AES. Pipe Routing in the AutoCAD plant 3D software as per the PFD and P&ID'S.
