Jen L. Email and Phone Number
I'm Jen, a proud Sac State BHON alum passionate about seniors, education, business, community, and people. My professional journey is guided by principles of servant leadership, a philosophy that resonates deeply with me.One of my most memorable experiences has been participating in a year-long leadership program led by the Folsom Chamber of Commerce/Greater Folsom Partnership. With a tenacious group of like-minded professionals, we rolled up our sleeves and embarked on a community project that left a tangible impact: building a garden gazebo for the local Twin Lakes Food Bank. It was a rewarding experience in fundraising, teamwork, and community spirit. In 2022, I was awarded Folsom's Young Professional of the Year. The recognition from the Folsom Chamber of Commerce and state and federal dignitaries was truly a honor that I feel very blessed to have received. You'll find me serving as a Choose Folsom Ambassador or brainstorming exciting initiatives as a co-founder and board member of the Korean Language and Cultural Center of Sacramento (KLCCSac). These roles allow me to combine my love for collaboration with my passion for education and community inclusivity. One of my lifelong goals is to establish a nonprofit that provides contract housing, educational opportunities through partnerships with community colleges, and resources for single parents, inspired by my experiences navigating parenthood as an independent parent. It's a project close to my heart and a driving force behind everything I do.With over nine years of combined and skilled experience in business management and operations, people operations, strategic initiatives, and community engagement, I have learned the value of building strong relationships with stakeholders, compassion in servant leadership, collaborative engagement in the local community, and never shying away from a challenge. I'm excited to continue my adventures in professional and personal growth. Excited for whats to come. ✨Warmly,Jen
