Supervising a team of four Research Analysts to direct a coordinated and systematic approach to prospect identification, research, cultivation, and donor engagement strategies in direct collaboration with 45 Major and Annual Gift Development Officers and campus partners. Evaluate prospect data to disseminate qualified prospects effectively and systematically to appropriate fundraising units to ensure the highest prospect engagement. Oversee prospect management policies and procedures and benchmark for best practices. Serve as Member of Data Governance Council. In November 2019, responsible for completing the first full wealth screening and predictive modeling of the CRM in 6 years; followed that up with a refresh in November 2022. Served as Power User during conversion from Blackbaud RE to Blackbaud CRM.

Leading the Development Research function of a dynamic team of eight research professionals. After successfully completing our first $1 Billion Comprehensive Campaign in 2014 we have since been seeking new ways to improve collaborations with Development staff as we move into other special initiative fundraising projects and anticipate the next big campaign. We have begun our own data and predictive analytics program to allow us to stock our pipelines in new and innovative ways (not just low-hanging fruit) and to truly give us the tools to strategize with our Development Colleagues to help them reach their fundraising goals.
