About Jennifer Kelley

I grew up in the Boston area surrounded by a huge family. I got a job with Lotus Software shortly after graduating from college. Lotus was eventually acquired by IBM and I have been happy at IBM since. I raised four wonderful children while working full time. I have had many roles at IBM and have achieved excellent results. Prior to my current role in Cybersecurity product management, I spent five years in Watson Health leading a team responsible for acquisitions, knowledge management, support education and service planning. I spent many years in IBM and Lotus Software driving client success. I’ve done project management, program management, content management, executive communications, social media, business operations and more. Executives value my transparency, positive attitude, growth mindset, integrity and flexibility. These traits have served me well over the years.
