After 15 years in technical and management roles for a blue-chip finance organisation, my recent years have been spent working at technical and strategic levels bringing the experience of structured delivery process and operational principals into service sector organisations. Working in partnership with each business to translate their objectives into clearly defined and achievable technology work programmes. I bring a pragmatic, analytical and engaging approach to developing and delivering technology programmes that support the delivery of a businesses' strategic objectives. Project management experience has underpinned successful strategy deployments through business change and transformation programmes. Working across both Financial and Healthcare sectors I have experience of creating, and delivering to, robust Information Governance and Cyber Security frameworks. Recent experience has included developing, delivering, and refining systems to support the provision of healthcare services. My approach helps ambitious organisations overcome barriers that challenge the delivery of technology programmes ; developing bespoke methods, scaled to reflect the organisations size and appetite for risk.
